I understand why they think that but they shouldn't try to keep the good things for themselves :p A lot of French fans react the same way too, they feel they're better because they download things from the Internet before the others. They seem to find it's unfair that common people can watch anime without effort on tv when they went through the trouble of downloading it XP
I was really glad when FMA came to French TV because it deserved to be known and it meant the manga would follow, and my friends who never downloaded it could watch it, I didn't even have to impose it on them XD But I can't really talk since I hardly ever visit French sites on FMA. I don't know why but I never liked the fans in my country, I tend to think they're all of the bad sort. Now that I'm on LJ, I made a lot of French friends fans of FMA and I think they're great, but I've still never clicked on a French forum XD
Moreover, n00bs discussion = a second life for the series :D It would be great to see people discover it again and trying to know what happens next XD (I feel sad it's over on American TV..)
