EDIT: OK; so apparently, the Xingese characters will make their debut on episode 15, to be aired on July 12th.
And Ling will be voiced by Miyano Mamoru!!! ;O; He was one of my top choices for the character. Not only because he's an amazing voice actor, but also because he's a good friend of Paku Romi! (Ed's seiyuu). I'm really dying to hear the dialogues between those two! ^___^
